found a way to take pictures without loading the different version of ffmpeg; so now running a “pure” version of ubports. (no added repositories)

using a “pure python” program to call v4l2.

needed a patched v4l2 module, with updates to be python3 compatible (google found several), not the one directly on pypi

still using media-ctl program to initially setup resolution/speed; as have not dug into the raw python (C) calls to do that directly.
